Sorry gang but didn't know about the challenge. I have been busy looking for a job this week with interviews. Had to eat out once....wow it is very hard to stay on track with eating....got the restaurant to give me chicken without any sauce and just plain rice and steamed veggies instead of fried...what a trial...I am trying to get my daughter to join but did get her mother in law to join in NY...GOOD JOB TERRI P....I find that I need to exercise a little every day not just on MWF like in my plan...the walking part is the problem so I got a calculator for counting my steps...I thought 7500 steps would be hard to get but I do more walking than that every day just doing everyday stuff GO TEAM...
Kathy and all! I did good with the challenge today. I tracked my food as I always do. I went to the Y and walked on the elliptical trainer for a new record of 31 minutes! Then I went to water aerobics. We do a lot of cardio, but we do stretching before and after so I got my stretching in. Tonight I found a member who had posted a few times in early May and hasn't been back so I sent her a Spark Mail asking how I could help and encouraging her to come back. Can't wait to hear how everyone else did and I'm eager for tomorrow's challenge!
