Hey everyone, my name is Agnes and I am one of the original team leaders. I gave up running during my second pregnancy and never quite returned to it. However, I miss it horribly.
I have started the C25K program again, finishing week 1 today. I'm sore and I'm puffing through my workouts, but I'm so happy to be back. I want to revamp this team, give it some "juice", and motivate others. I am looking for individuals who could help keep this team active. Anyone interested in being a co-leader please raise your hand!!
