It's a stir fry place. You are handed a bowl, (don't be fooled by the size of the bowl, it winds up being a ton of food), you go to a salad bar type place where you choose your own raw protein (beef, marinated beef, chicken, scallops, shrimp etc), choose your seasoning, choose your raw veggies, choose your sauce. Then you hand it to these guys at a huge round grill, say what type of carb you want and they cook it up.
It is scrumptious! And I found enough for two meals, so keep that in mind when choosing how much meat.

I know Cheddars does not have nutritional information anywhere that I can find. Which is a shame because I love their food. The only roblem is I find it hard to stay away from the spinich dip, which I am sure is loaded with all the bad stuff I am not supposed to have. I like Olive Garden also, however, even their salad dressing is loaded with fat. It is very hard for me to go out and eat and behave myself.
Souper Salad if you can stay away from the bread and muffins. I like Applebees for grilled Tilapia and get double veggies instead of potato.
Grammy Pat So what are you waiting for? What do you have to lose. Your insecurities they try to alter you. But you know you're made for more- so don't be afraid to move. Your faith is all it takes and you can walk on the water to.

The Pita Pit and Freebirds both have comprehensive nutritonal information on their websites. Double Daves also has nutritional information on their website. I've become quite annoyed with chain restaurants that do not post nutrition information - Casa Ole and Cotton Patch are two chains that do not. I give locally owned restaurants a pass on the online nutritional information. I can usually find something close in the SparkPeople database.
"Past the seeker as he prayed came the crippled and the beggar and the beaten. And seeing them, he cried, 'Great God, how is it that a loving creator can see such things and yet do nothing about them?' God said, I did do something. I made you." - Sufi Teaching
What is your favorite place to eat at in the Brazos Valley and still not blow your diet? With all of the restaurants here I figured we could all tell our favorites and maybe help others decide where to eat out next time.
