Laurie I am so Proud of you! Great job.

I just got back from the DR's and my weight went up again. He told me it was the medicine's I am taking for my migraines. BUT I would rather be pain free. SO NOW I have to WORK extra hard to get this weight off.

Well just over a week ago I went to a weight watchers meeting with a friend. I'm still on spark, just not tracking my food here as much. I really wanted the group setting for motivation. My weigh in will be Mondays, unless like this week there is a holiday. SO:


April 11 - 290
April 19 - 284 Down 6 pounds!

Usually your first week is a bit higher than the norm, I'm hoping to maintain a 1 pound a week loss.

My normal weigh in day is Wednesday. As of my last weigh in, I am down to 241 lbs. I started at 267 in September. I' steadily still losing, and looking forward to maintaining my positive habits and steady loss through the remainder of the holidays.

I have a feeling St Patrick's Day is going to throw a lot of people off, Holly :)
I have a Weight Watchers meeting and weigh-in tomorrow and I'm thinking corned beef and cabbage (and any St Patty's parties with or without alcohol) are going to take a lot of credit for weigh-ins ;)

Down another .8 of a pound :)

So my last 4 weigh-ins have been -.6, -.2, -.4, and -.8 ... all less than a pound and actually covering about 5 to 6 weeks time.
Slowly but surely I suppose! It might take awhile but I WILL get there!

I also changed my ticker because I am actually working towards 137 as my goal weight for Weight Watchers. Once I get there I will change it to a maintenance ticker for the 6 weeks I have to stay there to get Lifetime Membership and then I will change it to my original 125 end goal weight which is where I REALLY want to be by the end of the year.

So today is my official weigh in day though sometimes I cheat and get on the scale on Friday. As of today I lost 3 pounds last week for a total of 9 pounds since January 5th. I am only one pound away from my short term goal of 10 pounds by February 5th. I am confident that I will be able to lose at least one more pound within the next 10 days. Maybe I can lose another 3! That would be GREAT!!!!

Today was my first weigh in. As my first week in I stopped drinking soda, and stopped buying food at work (mall food court). So this week was more than I hoped for, and way out of the norm I know.

I go to Weight Watchers and my weigh-ins will generally be on Wednesdays but sometimes I have to change the day depending on the week's activities and appointments.

on 12/31/14 I weighed in at 144.6
on 1/7/15 I weighed in at 142 ... down 2.6 ... not sure why, probably stress

God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.
