I have a feeling St Patrick's Day is going to throw a lot of people off, Holly :)
I have a Weight Watchers meeting and weigh-in tomorrow and I'm thinking corned beef and cabbage (and any St Patty's parties with or without alcohol) are going to take a lot of credit for weigh-ins ;)

Hubby is taking me out to dinner Saturday night, so I hopped on the scale a little early. There is no way to completely avoid the sodium trap Sat. night, so I'm giving myself Sunday morning off from the scale.

I let myself get deailed for almost a week. Sunday I made myself hop back on the scale. Surprisingly I still lost.

Down another .8 of a pound :)

So my last 4 weigh-ins have been -.6, -.2, -.4, and -.8 ... all less than a pound and actually covering about 5 to 6 weeks time.
Slowly but surely I suppose! It might take awhile but I WILL get there!

I also changed my ticker because I am actually working towards 137 as my goal weight for Weight Watchers. Once I get there I will change it to a maintenance ticker for the 6 weeks I have to stay there to get Lifetime Membership and then I will change it to my original 125 end goal weight which is where I REALLY want to be by the end of the year.

So today is my official weigh in day though sometimes I cheat and get on the scale on Friday. As of today I lost 3 pounds last week for a total of 9 pounds since January 5th. I am only one pound away from my short term goal of 10 pounds by February 5th. I am confident that I will be able to lose at least one more pound within the next 10 days. Maybe I can lose another 3! That would be GREAT!!!!

So Last Dr's appointment I weighed 226.2 on 12/10/14

This morning I weighed 223.2 on 1/4/14

emoticon Hmmm, that sounds like the extra shove I need to stay focused. I gained a pound yesterday and all I want to do is blame somebody else. The hubby, the teen, the tsunami of housework, the pet fish for kicking the bucket, getting stuck with swing shifts...you name it I feel like blaming it but I won't because it's my own. I'm owning it and a weight in day is probably the reminder I need to keep focused. I'm thinking Tuesdays are probably my best weigh day that would be the most successful. I'm gonna give it a go even over this month because I need it. So...there it is on the calendar for next Tuesday. Wish me luck emoticon

12/23/14----lost 1 pound
12/30/14----gained 1 holiday pound
01/06/15----gained 1 pound, not good.
01/13/15----back at 188, but lost 2.5 inches in measurements

I will weigh myself in secret but Will officially start recording my weigh ins After the JAn 1st 2015. they will be on MONDAYS from then on. By then I will be recovered and able to exercise again and not be TO stressed.

I had a weigh-in at Weight Watchers today ... up .2 ... but I'm OK with that ... could have been worse and I'm still in the running for my end goal for the year of 144.6 :)

My weigh-ins won't be any set day of the week at least for this month, maybe longer, because I work at Toys R Us and my schedule varies from week to week. So I just get to the meetings on whatever day off I manage to get. Or I could just pick a day for SparkPeople weigh-ins ... hmmm, will have to think on that.

I usually weigh in on Mondays....tho, I'm thinkin bout changing to Sundays to go along with me works Wellness Challenge...any who...I weighted in this am, 286.6...thats 4 more pounds released to the universe, not welcome to return!

My Weigh ins are on Saturday mornings.

I began the month at 158.4

June 7th I was 154.6 down finally =3.8 YEAH

I have been going up steadily for a long time. It is great to be going the other way finally.

I weigh myself every Sunday. I am realistic knowing that I won't lose a pound every month. I'm one of those lucky ones that bloats every month, so weighing in on that week is pointless. But as long as the scale stays the same or goes down, I'll be happy. I just don't want it to go up anymore. I'll be back tomorrow to report.

My weigh-ins are Fridays this month.
Down 3.2 this week, from 180.3 to 177.1.
So happy I finally got under 180, now to work hard to keep it that way!

Ok I have gained and NOT happy about it but ... Glad that I didn't weigh what the Dr's office had me at.. BOUGHT cried on the spot...

Starting the month at 217 (Dr's {Gastroenterology} office had me at 232 and said it was a little off) Regular DR had me at 218... Either way I still need to get busy and start losing again.

I've decided to weigh myself once a month on the last day of the month. Of course I hope I've dropped pounds, but if I haven't, I know I'm stronger physically and mentally. Even if the scale doesn't budge, I'm not going to be discouraged because I gauge my success not JUST by a number but also by strength, endurance, how well my clothes fit and how accomplished I feel about the entire lifestyle change/process. NLUVWME for sure! emoticon

Wow I am so ashamed of myself, I joined biggest loser contest here at work and weighed 227 then. I did weigh in today and weighed 242. Ugh so disappointed. I need to get back on track, I blame my new boyfriend! lol

I am officially allergic to the scale...hahahaha. With prayer, I got up the courage to weigh myself and I lost 6 pounds for my effort. So proud of my efforts! emoticon , keep up the great effort everybody! emoticon

I have been sick with acute bronchitis for almost 2 weeks. On the couch for most of it. 248 this morning. I had hoped I would have lost weight being sick but I guess not moving did not help. I am feelings tons better and plan to talk a very short walk today but it is a beginning.
