I want to start eating clean for many reasons. I've been thinking about it for some time but, getting started is so confusing to me. The main reason for me finally getting it together and starting this week is my eczema. I heard that it helps to eat clean to stop eczema out breaks. Does any one know if this works? What about how you first started? Any suggestions for me as to just where to start?
