Alright, it's time. Diligent tracking and healthy calories. :) I started this morning with the tracking again. I want to drop those last 2 lbs!

Each of is an athlete, some are just in training.

LUV-2-RUN I know just what you are talking about - in fact, it is what brought me back to SparkTeam. I just finished running my 4th marathon and I did not lose a single pound during all of my training. Why you ask? How could I burn so many calories and not lose any weight? I attribute it to the attitude that I had of, "I am burning all of these calories so I can eat whatever I want". That is what all of my non-exercising friends told me and I wanted to believe it. At 41, I can no longer think that way. I know the truth - not all calories are created equal -- give your body clean calories that it can use and you will see a difference in your body. I lost it all with clean eating. Lately I've been backsliding and I can feel it! I need to get back on track. I feel weighed down in my workouts and my recovery is not what it used to be! :(

I too feel a lot better eating healthy; both physically and mentally. It just makes me feel better about myself eating healthy!

I have just gotten back on the clean eating track and I must say - I feel great! I am sleeping better, I feel stronger at the gym, and just more clear headed. It is a wonderful feeling!
