I use vitamins by Nature's Sunshine which are all natural. I see a Holistic doctor and this is the brand she recommends because they don't have the other "filler" stuff like other brands.

I'm looking for a multivitamin that is as clean as possible, ideally coming from real food. Although the ones I've researched only contain Vitamin D2 in them, but I actually need at least 1,000 IUs of D3 as required by my doctor. Otherwise, I'm also looking for calcium supplements. I take Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for fish oils, so I think I'm all set with that one. Thanks so much! :)
