I just purchased Tosca Reno's "The Eat-Clean Diet Recharged" book and I am really enjoying learning how to eat clean.
My goal is to lose 25lbs before the end of October. I am doing the 28 day Bootcamp Challenge and plan on working out everyday until I reach my goal.
My question is, how much weight did you lose during the Cooler 1 Meal Plan? Do you think this is something that is a must in order to get on track? Is it safe to do while nursing?
