I don't think I'd try it while nursing, check with your doctor is always a good answer. Cooler 1 really limits carbs, which for me I found gave me killer migraines that lasted days and took my motivation to work out away. I know many others that haven't had the problem though. I don't think that plan is a must to lose weight at all, you just need to burn more than you take in giving YOUR body the nutrients it needs to keep up happy and healthy.
Loren EDIT I believe there was a thread on this team (or the other clean eating team) about it not long ago, I'd check the records, they could probably help.
