I am new to eating clean as of today! :) I had a clean breakfast that consited of an apple, 2 cups water, and oats with cinnamon.
I am just learning to cook Clean. And I bought "The Eat Clean Diet" and already thinking about getting the cookbooks.
My husband is on bored with eating clean he is just hard to please as he is soo picky.
He eats nothing green other than pickles, japs, and green peppers. No fan of califlower, clery, carrots, etc...
He also does not eat any sea food.
If you have some CLEAN lunch ideas I would love to hear them. I want to really make this a lifestyle for us just dont know wehre to began on lunhces for him!
