Thanks for posting the yogurt recipe. I'll be giving that a try one of the next two weekends.

For yogurt with no preservatives I make my own using this recipe. EASY!

For lunch I am on a finger veggie kick. I try to find a new veggie every week to try. This week is parsnips. They have a small kick!

Something else I just thought of - I recently found Arnold Select Multi Grain Sandwich Thins. They also come in wheat I believe. They are only 100 calories per roll. They are delicious and a little different than your regular roll for a sandwich. I've been making mine with turkey, spinach, red and yellow pepper slices and feta cheese - no need for and spreads on mine - there's enough flavor with the different foods. Just a suggestion......

I buy Greek Yogurt usually brand Fage plain fat free.

The ingredients are Grade A Pasteurized Skimmed Milk, Live Active Yogurt Cultures.

That is it! It is delicious - flavor yourself with fruit, nuts....

There are other brands too - Chobani is one I can think of.

I felt like I was taking the same things all the time. I started trying new recipes each week. The recipes on SP are great. I saw someone said about having your food in the back of the freezer. I'm having that problem at home - grrrr. I just got a new oven/stove and dishwasher - guess I may need a new fridge soon. Check out the recipes here - lots of good ones.

The cooler in the car is what I do. Tuna and fresh fruit and Veggies . There should also be a dial on the frig with the temp. that can be turned down so it doesn't freeze struff in the frig. .

Keep a cooler in your car and then you can add salads to your list for lunches. You can make your own combo of oil and balsamic vinegar (that's what I do and keep it in my drawer at work).

You can also get a thermos for keeping soup warm that you cooked at home. Heat before you leave your house.

I like to eat a combo of cottage cheese and plain Greek yogurt - I add fruit and sometimes granola. Lots of protein.

Ezekiel bread with cheese and hummus or avocado and tomatoes. I wouldn't eat as a sandwich. Maybe dip the bread and have a piece of cheese....

Roll up chicken and veggies and avocado and salsa in a tortilla and eat it room temperature.

The bagged salad - is it your fridge or the one at work that freezes it? Are you placing it at the back of the fridge. Can you have the company come and service the refrigerator?

I'm getting tired of eating sandwiches for lunch. But the microwave at my job is broken so it has to be something that can sit nicely in my car until it's time for me to eat lunch. My other problem is when I buy bagged salad my fridge freezes them so I don't know what to do!!
