Clean eating can help if food is one of your triggers. It has helped with mine, if I keep my carbs up! I have also found that taking magnesium has helped with my migraines. It doesn't work for everyone but it did for me.

You might want to try the B2's as well. My Dr. said to try them for three months. If they don't help in that that amount of time, they won't. They're cheap, so I figured it was worth trying. Hope you find relief!

I've recently cut out all artificial sweeteners so hopefully that will help! I'm glad there might be some light at the end of the tunnel I'm so tired of having them so often! Thanks PTPHELAN.

I dont have Migraines but I bet their could definitly be a conection. emoticon

Yes! I found that diet soda was suddenly a trigger, after years of drinking them without trouble. I cut them out totally, stopped using artificial sweetners and products that contain them, and started taking vitamin B2 supplements (family Dr. recommended). My migraines disappeared!

Has anyone found that eating clean has helped with lessening or stopping migraines? Mine are worse than ever lately and I was thinking maybe taking out the chemicals would help them.
