I am so excited about this weight loss journey! I began slowly last spring after my doctor told me I was soon to be a diabetic if I didn't lose some serious weight. A diabetes prevention program gave me a huge boost last fall and spark people has helped me to continue in earnest.
I have been reading about clean eating for awhile and have decided to make changes in my eating to make it more healthy, not just fewer calories and fats.
Today is the first day I'm not using a non dairy creamer in my coffee. I notice it tastes good, but I'm not drinking it very fast. I can see that this will be one of those "good for me" changes! Thank you for all of the tips you share on here!
