On the Clean-Eating diet you eat six meals a day, drink lots of water, avoid sugar and high-fat foods, and eat natural foods, not processed. It's a lot like South Beach.
The Zone Diet is a low-carbohydrate diet plan (40 carbs/30 fat/30 protein) which monitors calories. Each meal is not to be more than 500 calories and a snack not more than 100 calories. You also drink lots of water. Restricts processed foods and salt.
