5:00am one slice watermelon and 12 almonds
5:30-6 run
6:30 greek yogurt with honey, one slice whole wheat bread

10am 1 oz romano cheese with grapes

Does this look good? I have chicken with fresh spinach and brown rice planned for lunch and another snack of peaches and cottage cheese. I'm new to this so I definitely appreciate the feedback.

I like to add fruit to that but had a long bike ride I had to do and have to be careful what I eat before it.

I ate some delicious oatmeal. Steel cut oats and oat bran--cooked that up and then added: ground flax, hemp seeds, bee pollen, pure maple syrup, a little pumpkin seed oil and coconut oil, strawberries, banana and sliced almonds. Damn it was tasty.

I never used to eat much oatmeal, but once I discovered steel cut oats I enjoyed it more. I also never used to put fruit in it, but a friend made some for me with strawberries and now I'm a convert. Don't know what I'm going to do when strawberry season ends. emoticon

My usual is steel cut oats, blueberries, walnuts, cinnamon and a little brown sugar. Coffee, splenda and milk.
Today I had omelete with spinach, peppers, onions, mushrooms and jack cheese. Homemade whole wheat bran toast with homemade 3 berry jam.
My husband said it was the best omelete I'd ever made!

I am starting my ticker again since starting low carb....in the home strech!
You have no control over what you weigh...only what you do.
Progress NOT Perfection!
