Yes, I put it in oatmeal. I don't like oatmeal...so I put a lot of fruit in it, and some flax seed and a little oatmeal. I was using a flax flour too, for breads. Very good stuff that flax emoticon

Gee..you know..I always wondered why I never caught
fleas..lol

I love it all too..I like fresh ginger..Did you hear
you can add it to tea.. but seriously, I think all
that stuff is just the best.. Do you use Flax
seed.

I've never been much of a salt adder, but I am using sea salt now. And there are good for you oils, just remember they still are high in calorie. I go crazy with the garlic. If a recipe calls for 1 or 2 cloves, I add 4 or 5 (ok, a lot of the time I add a whole head). Onions, peppers, ginger. Just use fresh when you can instead of dried - you'll get more flavor. Any spices that you can handle are great. And a lot of them have a lot of health benefits! (garlic will keep fleas away! lol)

I just love Garlic, Onions, and even Ginger, are
these the kinds of things you add to your meals to
enhance flavors instead of salt, or oils...
