Spry makes a sugar-free gum that comes in several flavors, including fruit. It uses Xylitol instead of Aspartame, which is poison. Even the amount of aspartame in a stick/piece of gum is dangerous, and it doesn't help to suppress your appetite either.

I totaly understand the carb cravings, though. I think that once you conquer them - and it doesn't really take that long - you'll be suprised that they really will be GONE!

I think it's a good idea to eat a piece of fruit - something with fiber in it, like an apple - when you get those cravings. But the gum will last longer!

I'm just saying... Kelley

Protein & almonds do it for me. The protein point blank keeps me full as do the almonds. Carb cutting tips are everywhere. If you are really craving sweets try a fruity flavor sugar free chewing gum. It might help wean u off of them.

Lately, I find myself eating an excessive amount of carbs. Complex, simple, I've not been very picky. I was stopping my carb intake at 5 pm, but now I'm seriously craving them. Any tips on how to cut down on the carbs? I know it seems simple enough to say, "Just stop eating them." However, it's not that simple. What is a good way to cut sugar and other simple carbs out of my eating habits?
