One of my favorites is this soup:
I use slightly less oil (maybe 1 tbsp.) and use two boxes of Swanson Organic Vegetable Broth if I don't have any homemade veggie stock on hand (and I usually don't). It is fantastic and goes together quickly & easily!
Edited to say: If you don't like lentils, try this anyway! Red lentils taste nothing like regular lentils.

Green Mixed Salad with 1/2 tomato, 4 oz. chicken breast, crumbled feta and 1 tbsp. Marie's Raspberry Vinaigrette. Very Yummy.
Decrease Body Fat percentage. I will do this by eating clean and cardio cardio cardio, I must not forget strength training, my goal is to strength train 4 days a week!
I'm always looking for clean dinners to make for my family. Dinners that are also quick and easy as I live a very busy lifestyle.
