For me, the hard part has been resisting all my former "easy" foods cause they are so cheap. I have to stop myself all the time in Wal Mart and remember that just because Pop Tarts are on special I do not have to buy them.
I've always been very vulnerable to the candy bars at the grocery store checkout but for the past year I've been using the self checkout line where they don't have that stuff and it has helped immensely with my choice last year to drop the sweet garbage. I'm busy checking the groceries and bagging them and there's nothing there to reach out and grab my bad habit. Ghislaine
