I think this is an on going debate. Mostly I have heard be sure it contains BCAA. (Branched Chain Amino Acids)These are the essential aminos leucine, isoleucine, and valine. I found some good info at http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbinfo.php?page=Protein
I use both and cannot tell the difference. If you are vegetarian of course you will use soy.
Decrease Body Fat percentage. I will do this by eating clean and cardio cardio cardio, I must not forget strength training, my goal is to strength train 4 days a week!
