Dinner adn mom and dad's - roasted duck (no skin or fat consumed!), 1/2 baked sweet potato, and lots of brussel sprouts!
Not so bad!
THEN I had a piece of chocolate silk pie, and two pieces of pumpkin pie. Not clean at all.
But it was good and spread out and I am down 1lb this week - so yeah for balance in diet!

I was like Simone2U - just stayed home. It's safer that way, right? LOL Actually, DH was working, and I didn't want to go anywhere without him. We went out Saturday and had Indian - veggie. I was pretty good then; probably just ate more than I should - but it was lunch AND dinner...

70 lbs. done!
Mine was not as clean as I wanted, but it tasted so good! I did have a good serving of fruit, baked sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. But then a scoop of pineapple baked beans and homemade coffeecake. so good. But that was one day and I believe in starting each day fresh.
It's hard to eat clean when I go to mom's for family dinner. Anybody else want to share their Easter experience?
