Hey Girl! I see you made it to the good sparkteam!I'm reading the eating clean book now & it's been really helpful so far. Maybe you can get it from the library? I'm interested in getting the cookbook next so I can add it to my collection of over 500 cookbooks.
Hey there! You can do it if you try hard enough. This clean eating plan is awesome. I recommend getting the book and the cookbook and really planning out your meals for the week along with exercising time. Keep to your schedule as close as possible! I have trouble with it so I actually prepare all of my meals on Sunday afternoons for the following week. I have a ton of little containers and just put the correct portion sizes in the containers and pop them in the freezer or the fridge. I actually prepare turkey meatloaf and chicken breasts for a whole month. Then when it's time to eat it, just pop it in the microwave and viola! It is a huge money saver to buy in bulk too, I shop at costco. I have a personal trainer who also put me on a eating program that is close to the clean eating plan. He is great but TOUGH which I really need!

I am in need of losing weight ,mostly for health reasons,Its hard to do so i might need some moral support, I recently lost some friends and relatives and thru my sadness and being lonely ,i ws over eating,so now I need to get on to healthy meals and improve my body and mind,Any suggestions would be welcomed?
