My goal is to lose 80 lbs one pound at a time. I have failed before because 100 lbs, 80lbs or eve 60lbs seem so unattainable. The thought of losing that much sends me to the "dessert island" of chocolate chip cookies and milk. That aggravates my GERD, so it is a vicious cycle. This time one, 1, uno pound at a time...not 80!

My goal is to lose 40 pounds in spite of having hernia surgery twice. I have lost weight in the past the right way and need to learn to workout with this hernia. once back at my goal weight I plan to have it repaired again.
One day at a time, one meal at a time, one pound at a time!
