I've been having problems following the SparkDiet for the past few months, mainly because I've slipped back into old habits. I've been stepping up my workouts for the new year, but the dietary aspect of the program is floundering. As a consequence, my scale is at a virtual stand-still. Anyone have ideas on how to get back into the groove?
