I have gout in my feet, knees and off and on in my wrist and arms...Usually it last about a week or two and it hurts but it gets bearable and I rest... This time I have it in my feet, left foot more than right and it's been like this since the end of March. Even went to the hospital for a week and that helped but it is still here.. The reason why I am writing is there anybody with this problem of gout, how do you deal with it, what are some remedies for dealing with the pain, and how do you exercise or do yoga with it. Because of the gout I have not been able to take my daily walks and I haven't been able to exercise or do many yoga poses. A spark member suggested seated exercises and yoga poses , which do help, but are there any exercises or yoga positions for gout? But with all this I have lost weight though...not because of exercise but because of eating. Being miserable from this gout makes me not want to eat some days, which I know is not healthy, and I feel once I get my appetite back the weight I lost is going to come back.. Can ANYBODY help?
