Doing yoga has really benefit e in MANY ways. 1. Each week I add a new pose to my routine that I maser and I love it 2. I have become more flexible which helps in many activities and doing my exercises also 3. When going out to dance ...I can now "drop it like it hot"....smile 4. I meditate with yoga which helps clear my minds with all negative thoughts 5, It gets my day going like coffee in te morning
