When one signs-up one receives all the 21 practices, one every day. One can do the beginners and then the intermediate level, and then even pick and choose your favorites, some practices are the same.
One can walk a bit to warm-up then do the Yoga practice, if you want your body feel more flexible, or run first and then use the Yoga practice to "cool-down" and stretch your muscles. The joy of Yoga is that it can be enjoy all alone or as warm-up or cool-down of walking and running or swimming or biking... listen to your body...

I started this challenge late also. But when signed up for it they sent me day 1. I just finished day 3 of my Yoga challenge yesterday and I learned something as I was doing it. I think that I will save the Yoga workouts until shortly before I go to bed that way I am calm stretched and relaxed.
I am quite sure you will be sent all the links to the 21 days of yoga. Don't worry about confusing the challenges. Often members of the team will have discovered 2 or 3 at the same time. Just pick and choose the ones that appeal to you. Have fun.

OK, I was kind of overwhelmed with new stuff and sort of missed the start of the 21 day yoga challenge. I thought at first it was the same thing as a meditation challenge and I only figured it out the other day. I signed up and they sent me day 1. Will they still send me all 21 days or stop at the end of the month, does anyone know? I did do day 1 today. Although note to self---I think next time I'll do the yoga FIRST and run in very hot humid weather second. Doing the run first made me, well, pretty tired and out of breath and very, very sweaty and slippery. LOL I knew it was going to be hot, and I was using the yoga under the ceiling fan as the carrot to get me to get out and run. LOL I'm kind of afraid if I start with yoga I'll just decide to stay inside and do more yoga rather than run.
