I used a DVD from Yoga Journal and Lamaze when I was pregnant. It gave instructions on modifications to make each trimester, as I recall. It had an "invigorating" and a "relaxing" workout. I think I bought it as soon as I knew I was pregnant. It was just called "Yoga for Your Pregnancy."
