Thanks for the advice, over thinking is quite a obstacle, I love what you said:" it is freeing to push through my fear, and come out victorious on the other side! Fearless? quite a powerful word!

I'm afraid I"m in the side (still) of fear, I understand that it is not good and I'm working on it, but for me it is not so easy to get rid of it. Feel fear... which according to my dd's cognitive therapist is ok to feel and accept and work through it... but in the real world is an obstacle to achieve some goals, like driving for instance... well I'll just have to work harder....to live with it..

It didn't actually sting or bite me, it just landed on my leg. I felt something during the meditation (just a few minutes in) and when I looked I saw this large insect, well I wasn't wearing my glasses, so I couldn't really tell what it was, so I shook my leg to get it off. Then I thought "that thing was big, I'd better see what it was, and found it was a big ole wasp!

Bravo BUELLRIDER, Glad to hear you got to do the first practice. Hope you'll enjoy it!

Ouch KAYOTIC a wasp! hope it didn't leave a big red spot in your leg, glad to hear you were in tune so coming back to your meditation was easy!. Did you ever see that ad on tv of a guy putting a bee he found in his house back into the flower bed in front of his house? I once were bit by a wasp and I remember how painful and swollen my hand was, so I admire your coolness to stop,smash and get rid of it, I don't think I would be like that guy.

Finally did day 15 and day 16, so I've been doing the restorative practice twice, lovely restful feeling.

another evening practice, it was nice, until a few minutes into the meditation I felt something on my leg, it turned out to be a wasp! I kicked it off, had to pause the recording, stomp on the wasp, flush it down the toilet, and then went back to the meditation. I was actually surprised I was able to get back into it....but I did!

BUELLRIDER I believe many have had problems connecting, I noticed this info "Technical difficulties" I copied for you the text, hope it helps, it was posted with the Challenge for day 5.

My Norton didn't mind Adobe Flash, but I think it must have already been on my laptop. At least I don't recall it being an issue with this practice.

Started week 2, the yoga is 23 minutes of standing, not too vigorous, and concentration on breathing again, with some sun salutations thrown in for good measure! And the meditation length scared me a bit, but you can end it after one 5 minute round, (she does 3) which ended up being 14 minutes total. I'll try to do more when I have the time. The total length is 27 minutes for the meditation!

BUELLRIDER What computer do you have? If you download from the Adobe site it is safe, maybe it is related to the way you had you computer set up(configuration, safe features). Sorry to hear you haven't been able to download the challenge. Have you gone directly to yoga journal.com?

I've been side-tracked with a cold. Then the exercises won't come up. I tried loading Adobe Flash and Norton said it was unsafe. So that is that. Didn't know if anyone else has had trouble loading Adobe Flash?

finished day 7, I'm sticking to this, even though it's been different times of the day, it just feels good to stick to the program for this challenge. And the fact that it's so relaxing doesn't hurt either!

day 4, for me. I love the voice and the way she makes at least to me, focus in the meditation, the questions are challenging to answer, maybe when I'll feel better I'll have my head to them.

I'm thinking in what you said KAYOTIC, about finding every time something new in the same yoga sequence, good point!

Did the meditation today! It felt so nurturing and at the end my thoughts were of my teacher and how grateful I am for her presence in my life. The questions in the meditation are...very illuminating. They definitely opened my mind up a bit more.

Thanks KAYOTIC, it is everywhere... my focus in meditation has been HEALTH hopes it will help or speed up the recovery.

Day 2 and 3 so far, I like it, maybe it would be nicer with a different sequence in alternate days, love your experience with light and color in your meditation KAYOTIC. Must be something!!!

My first day was yesterday so I'm one day behind, I hope I'll catch up, like the pace and the meditation was very rewarding, I'm feeling so bad(due to the flu) that all my thoughts were of health, how important health is in our lives to be OK!!!!!

I started today with the sequence. I loved the seated side stretches, lateral bends have been feeling amazing lately! I'm looking forward to adding in the guided meditation tomorrow.

I feel like I've been doing well with the fitness side of this. I make a point to sit down at the beginning of each week and schedule what classes I'm going to take at the gym each day. It makes it much easier to stick to.

I've been doing pretty well with eating, but I need to improve. This week I am committing to tracking ALL food & getting at least 64 oz of water a day.
