I have now been taking about 3 months. It is becoming so much easier. I challenge myself, but I don't feel like so much of a fish out of water. I can do so much more of the positions. Today was a wonderful practice today.

I am really enjoying the Yoga class I am taking on Sundays. I am thinking of adding another class on Fridays also. It is a real challenge for me, and I usually do not like challenging myself too much, but I am trying to change my outlook on things. I can feel that I really am becoming more flexible in just the 3 times I have done it. Which is why I want to find another class.
