Well, it been a couple of days now and I feel great !!! For a while I thought I hurt my back and I didn't want to grab the pain pill not just yet so I did some yoga not the hard one but the ones that are easy and I tell you it work out just fine. My muscles was tight really tight and all I did was just to stretch not too hard but with ease and I really do enjoy it very much but then again I always enjoy my yoga.Well, talk to you later and everybody y'all have a good day and a good weekend as well.Your Jennifer
