I was first turned on to yoga by a physical therapist who recommended it to me to help my low back pain. It is fantastic to see that the medical community at large is catching up to this knowledge!
P.S. I want to get in on one of those scientific yoga trials! I wonder how you can be a guinea pig?
P.P.S. I LOVE the idea of inviting your doctor/nurse to join you at yoga!
