I've been putting 1 in for both, but I see what you mean about the meditation minutes, it is different than the number of practices.

New goal: more practical new goal, 129, update ticker to reflect that goal.

Pet, I am so glad you asked. This has been a question I have had for a long time. I agre number of minutes for both would be a good idea. By putting the minutes in, it is obvious we have practiced yoga that day.
Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.
I have a question, an unimportant one but one that's been nagging at me.
In our team's goal, "Practice Yoga 15 times or more per month", when I track this, I am asked "How much?" and I write "1" meaning I practiced yoga one time today.
On the other hand, in our goal, "Meditation 10 minutes per day" I am asked, "How much?" I write (for example) "15" - the number of minutes I meditated that day.
Looking at our goals I see that some of us write "60" or "40" or "22" for one day tracking our team goal of "Practice Yoga 15 times or more per month" and other folks write "1"
For our goal, "Meditation 10 minutes per day" some of us write "20" and others "1"
I'm thinking there is an idea about tracking minutes per day as opposed to times per day for both goals.
This is not important and really tracking is ultimately for the benefit of the person doing the tracking, but...?
