It is called yoga workout planner. I got it from the google play store for android. It is a free app. I'm not sure if they have one for Iphone. It isn't a great app but it works for guiding me basically. The poses are timed for you and it gives you a good idea of the flow of poses.
Thank you for the replies. Our local library is not good for exercise videos. I have found the Salutation. I am going to start doing it everyday when the kids are at school. I will also look up all the info that you gave me. :)

I'm not much of an expert. But Sun Salutations would be good for getting you going in the morning. Not so sure about evening. I assume you are looking for something to relax you and get you ready for sleep.
