I like it except he litterally hops between some laying and standing poses and I don't quite so much I like a smoother flow

It is called yoga workout planner. I got it from the google play store for android. It is a free app. I'm not sure if they have one for Iphone. It isn't a great app but it works for guiding me basically. The poses are timed for you and it gives you a good idea of the flow of poses.

I also found an app for my cell phone that offers several poses. It gives you a choice of 4 total routines varying from warm up to chair exercises

Thank you for the replies. Our local library is not good for exercise videos. I have found the Salutation. I am going to start doing it everyday when the kids are at school. I will also look up all the info that you gave me. :)

there some sequences for morning, noon and evening.

Also the A.M. P.M. Yoga (dvd)with Rodney Yee and Patricia Walden is very good, check it out in collagevideo.com and Yoga for stress relief with Barbara Benagh,(collagevideo.com)

The best prices for dvds though is amazon.

Rodney and Patrician Walding have a great DVD that includes a morning and evening practice. You might be able to find it at a library.

Many of the evening yoga practices use lot's of gentle forward bends and other poses to release the back muscles. Doing sun salutations slowly can be very relaxing too.

I'm not much of an expert. But Sun Salutations would be good for getting you going in the morning. Not so sure about evening. I assume you are looking for something to relax you and get you ready for sleep.
