Not to worry, my friend is a certified personal trainer :) I just don't like calling her trainer because she is a very close friend and not my trainer. We do the yogas together now so I am enjoying it. A studio is not always the best place for yoga because the point of it is to relax. I find myself better suited to doing light yoga in a more personal environment. Aside from that, if i'm doing it wrong, she will tell me :)
As for the Intro thing, I am aware, just thought I'd get a double hitter with the yoga minutes versus number of times one does yoga. The goal implies that the number of times are counted not the number of minutes so I was very thrown off by the whole 420 times thing (thinking to myself, how is that even possible in 10 days?!?)
The lesson to be learned from this is that someone always has a story, therefor making assumptions can lead to disputes.

Hi Chris, welcome to the team. Great you set your goal. It's great to have a friend that practice yoga with you.Maybe some classes in an studio to learn the poses with a certify instructor is advisable, to avoid injuries.
In regard to the leader board,you are right the number refers to minutes of Yoga done so far in February and I can speak for myself( second place) I've been practicing every day for the month of February between 15 to 45 min, so that in 10 days, I've done 261 min of Yoga. The lady at the top practices in the gym twice a week about 90 min and then the rest of the days she practices at home so she has reached 420 min in the same period. The length of a class in an studio or gym is about 90 min. Everyone post in their fitness track and other goals, so the computer generates the results in the board. Many team members practice everyday, in no time you'll be adding those minutes up too, practicing Yoga is so wonderful and gives so many benefits. Last month I did a 21-day Yoga Journal Challenge, before that my goal was also 15 practices, now I'm challenging myself to do it everyday.

Hello, I am Chris. I have never before done Yoga but have a friend who does :D She is going to help me get into it. :) Anyways, I joined some of the team goals because I figure doing yoga 15 times a month is pretty reasonable and pretty awesome.
I notice however that some of the people on the leaders board under that goal are at over 100 and the top is 420... The only way I can justify that is if those people are maybe counting the minutes? I mean even as someone who is just starting Yoga, 420 times over 10 days is way past reasonability.
