I did almost an hour combining sun salutations, assorted poses, and some physical therapy exercises. I have been studying up on restorative yoga and yin yoga, and have been having fun associating yoga poses with the physical therapy exercises that I was just assigned. Some of the PT exercises involve holding a certain "pose" for 30 seconds or longer, and doing the equivalent yoga poses makes it more interesting!
