This week, I stuck to my Tuesday and Thursday night Ashtanga classes. Lots of sweating, but peacefully grounded afterwords. Really helped me burn through some frustrations I've had with a few people.

Felt really low today, but managed to motivate myself to work through some balance poses. Before I knew it, I'd worked through some sun salutations and ended up doing a lovely, grounding half hour of ashtanga. Helped a great deal!

Loving the sunday afternoon restorative class. It was exactly what I needed today. Sometimes I intimidate myself as I set up meal plans, work out schedules etc. and balance it with my professional and family "To Do" lists. Today's practice reminded me of the purpose and motivation of my journey: I VALUE and APPRECIATE myself and my body, which is why I'm making these steps to restore it to optimum health.

Just did a 30 minute yoga for flexibility video at home. Only intended to do 10 minutes before bed (to keep up my sparkstreak) and ended up completing the full practice! Now very relaxed and ready for sleep.
