Went to yoga three times this week and walked two mornings 3 miles. Had my 10,000 steps by the end of each day. I can now get my knees down when doing happy baby, one at a time, but hopefully soon both at the same time. Still striving to do better with my poses.

I did 45 minutes of total body strength training this morning at LA Fitness and 18 minutes of stretching.........will do a yogilates dvd here at home this evening...
