I did a hatha yoga class today through my on-line subscription with Ekhart Yoga.
Later today, I did a cardio/sculpt dvd. I had a day off and it was cold and rainy. It was wonderful to not really get dressed today :)

30 mins gentle hatha yoga routine - gosh I'm stiff! I've been doing yoga on/off since I was about 16 - and now I'm almost 60 - but I've stopped doing it daily. I've re-started doing it at least once a week - but I want to get back to a daily routine - my body thanks me when I do!

I did 40 minutes of my power yoga for beginners video today, was really sweating pushing down into my lunges, warrior poses and stuff (technical term there). :-)
