Today I will not.....Smoke more than 5 cigarettes. Which is huge for me, I'm a half a pack a day smoker. I've cut down since the first of the year, and I bought myself a vaporizer electronic cigarette to replace the real thing. It's helped me cut back drastically.

What an awesome goal. I used to not be a water drinker, but I tell you...I love it. I can wake up tired and after a couple of glasses, I'm starting to wake up. Today I will not let this lack of motivation keep me from grocery shopping. I let it get to me yesterday but I'm running out of all the things that are my staples to a healthy diet and all the water in the world is not going to energize me if it's from a poor diet.

Do any formal exercise other than my shoulder exercises. I really worked myself yesterday and I need to give my leg muscles a little rest.

Go SimoneKP! I remember the Superbowl parties and all the tempting snacks. What's your game plan? I think I would pick one or two lower cal foods and make that my lunch/dinner or snack.

Today I will not over eat....today is our family reunion and our Thanksgiving meal.....so, I behaved yesterday with lots of treats around, and I can do it again today!
