You know yard work counts as exercise and I do squats when taking the clothes from the washer to the dryer so I get a mini workout from that. All we can do is the best that we can. I totally feel that because it's been hot and humid so can't do a bike ride or anything like that after work with my daughter. Finally got some half way decent sleep so maybe if the weather isn't too brutal when my shift ends, my daughter and I can ride bikes. My shoulder has really been bothering me so my days are all about trying to manage the pain.
I'm feeling so awesome after giving myself a little self-care. My Mom came over to play with Caley and my dad did some running around so I could do this. When he comes back, we are going to play cribbage and that will be fun after pampering myself.
I thought I would create a thread where people could just check in and let us know how they are doing. For instance, I've been ill lately and this is the worst because while for the most part, I feel better, I still get tired easily and have been having some nausea issues which has derailed my water kick so I'm working on trying to settle my stomach so I can feel normal again.
