Up and down with bad migraines the past couple of weeks and today.
Hoping I can turn this around soon.
I've been doing fairly well with exercise, in fact, I've managed to add 10 min of jogging into my walks (in off and on spurts). That can count as my success
as I am not a runner, but I'm really hoping this will spark some fat-burning as I haven't made any progress by the scale.
A little less fair with food, not terrible but room for improvement would mean less treats. Actually I did eat junk food 3 times in the last week, guess that is terrible.
Going to get to bed real soon tonight, sleep is probably my worst area right now.
For me, it's crucial that when I wake up I am able to get moving right away. Lack of sleep, though, seems to really slow me down in the mornings and ends up affecting the rest of the day. Y'know that old Domino effect...
I've been hoping to break that 150 mark again so I'm making that my October goal. Not sure what the scale is going to say in the morning as I'm feeling a little bloat right now, but it's probably 4-5 lbs for me to reach that mini-goal.
