I'm assuming you don't have a laptop but who would want one of those on vacation anyway? LOL, well I knew a few who would but I'm not one. Nevertheless, I have missed my internet friends when away.
Maybe you could take a mini-notebook, and log your food choices and exercise. I wouldn't worry about the calories eaten or burned but just to see that you are making balanced choices and getting in some activity each day. After all, you do want to enjoy your vacation. And hopefully you will have access to an exercise room and/or pool.
For accountability, consider making a blog entry on your Sparkpage when you return home.
Just a few ideas, I'm sure you'll make a plan that works for you. :)
