hi there- sorry there isn't more activity in this team--- nonetheless here I am-- I've restarted the c25k programme using the podrunner podcasts- last year I was running outdorrs- due to an ankle and knee injury ( after a bad fall) i've decided to use my mini trampoline or rebounder instead while guided by the podrunner podcasts- finished week 2
i do have a question- whereas the advise is to have rest day in between run days- is it okay to use a rebounder on consecutive days?
