I just recently joined SP. Exercise for me is usually rebounding, hooping, or walking outdoors. I haven't been rebounding in awhile, but plan to get started again. I've committed to 15 minutes 5 times this week.
I find it so hard to get started though! Rebounding is more work and less fun for me, as compared to hooping or walking, but I want the benefit that comes with rebounding. Sometimes to get myself started I'll use my video play list on Real Player. I pick enough music vids for the time I've set and then go.
Yet here I sit... typing this instead of rebounding...
Anyone out there rebounding? Care to share your goals and successes? Motivate me! Please! :)
