I really can't believe that this is happening. Jon and I have taken this seriously as a life change for us and it is working. That guys' weight is just dropping like no ones business (without a whole lot of exercise yet, he wants to get to 200lbs before starting due to back pain from carrying his extra weight)...and mine too. I might actually go lower than ever before. I'd like to get to where I was pre-Olivia. Yes, pre-Olivia I was 160-170....and happy with myself. Even though I'm told I should be 135, that will be the second long term goal. But if I keep going the way I have been, I'll be there by Christmas! Yee haw. Lower carb is the way for me. Check out my food diary, definitely not carb free. Just within the range every day and combined with lean protein (give or take).
