I also think www.soulcysters.com is an awesome site. I actually have met a great friend of mine in real life. That website helped me keep my sanity during my pregnancy.:)

I found a book called "What to do when the doctor says its PCOS". I don't have it in front of me so I don't know the author, but it was a good read and gave me a lot of information.

I've never heard of that book, but I'm so going to check it out!
I've actually found the discussions on this board really informative, if only because I get to hear other peoples' experiences. It's great!

On this journey of health and wellness with PCOS, what has been your best source of information? I've started reading this book called "The PCOS Diet Book" by Collett Harris. It's a very good book and has so much information.
I've found a few websites helpful as well, but I thought it would make a good discussion to hear where others feel they've gotten the best information for thier health.
