I also think www.soulcysters.com is an awesome site. I actually have met a great friend of mine in real life. That website helped me keep my sanity during my pregnancy.:)

Someone told me about a site called soulcysters that has TONS of information. I haven't really looked through very much of it, but it looks like a good site so far. Ill have to check some of those books out!
lol i have a book called its my overis stupid..... i love the title and i want to throught it at my old doc...... it has real stories and facts....some of the stories r pritty crazy

I found a book called "What to do when the doctor says its PCOS". I don't have it in front of me so I don't know the author, but it was a good read and gave me a lot of information.

I've actually found the discussions on this board really informative, if only because I get to hear other peoples' experiences. It's great!

On this journey of health and wellness with PCOS, what has been your best source of information? I've started reading this book called "The PCOS Diet Book" by Collett Harris. It's a very good book and has so much information.
I've found a few websites helpful as well, but I thought it would make a good discussion to hear where others feel they've gotten the best information for thier health.
