Welcome to the team, Casey. You'll find a lot of support here. It's good that you at least know what you're dealing with now - there is much that you can do to help control the icky symptoms of PCOS. Best of luck to you!

Hi, my name is Casey and I'm 25 years old. Apparently I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2004, but honestly, I was never told. I saw the diagnosis on my chart and asked, and was told "that's just what gets put on there when you have a cyst." Understatement of the year. I met with a nutritionist last week and as she was explaining PCOS to me, lightbulbs went off everywhere - it explains SO MUCH!

Between insulin resistance, edometriosis, hypothyroidism, etc, etc, I've gotten so frustrated with the whole battle! I thought maybe looking for support on here with others that are going through the same thing would be helpful. Looking forward to talking to you all! :)

Sorry I put this in the wrong spot!! And I don't know how to delete it :-/
