shakes head, i don't understand why just about everyone in the US who has pcos is told to go low carb ... makes no sence to me .. then again here in Canada we are told just to follow the Canadian Food Guide and to watch the carbs in general and find what works for us personally .. as reaserch has shown that each person is different in how they body handles carbs, fats and proteins that you have to prity much work with a diaetition to find what works for you.
me its a 60% carbs, 10% fat and 30% protein that works for me
