1. Please DO NOT start a new thread to introduce yourself. Simply introduce yourself in the main thread "PCOS and Weight problem Group Forum" under Introductions. That way, your post won't get pushed down the list of topics and everyone will get a chance to see it. We are a nice bunch and we welcome all of you to our team!
2. (FOR EVERYONE): If you just want to say "hi" or tell us about your day, there is a "PCOS and Weight problem Group Forum" thread for general comments, questions and to update everyone on your progress and just share a little about yourself.
3. (FOR EVERYONE): PLEASE USE the "View All Topics" button before you start a new topic and make sure there isn't already one on the subject. If you don't find one and wish to start a new thread please put a keyword in your thread title. For example, don't title it "I need help". Put a keyword in the title so that when people are scanning the "view all topics" page they know specifically what the subject is (e.g.: "Need lowfat snack ideas", "Favorite exercise DVD?", etc.)
