If you listen to EVERYONE that tells us about how to eat with PCOS we would be drinking water and eating broccoli, maybe. But that might be bad too. I can limit my red meat, but I wont cut it out completely. That wasn't a cant, that was a wont. I love red meat. I will keep eating it. I have the benefit of getting it from my uncle. He raises a couple of steers for a year and then butchers them. It is just enough to fill some freezers. I also know they are grass fed and well cared for with out hormones, antibiotics or other chemicals. It is so good. My body seems to do well with red meat, so I won't give it up.
I say keep eating your red meat and enjoy it!

Brenna, I say eat it once or twice a week then. Seems like your body is saying it needs some. You could also experiment with how much you eat at meals. Try eating 1.5 ounces instead of three ounces and see what happens.
I've never been a meat lover, so I'm able to give up meat and be just fine. I do miss cheese if I don't have some once in a while, but I'm using it more as a condiment than I used to.
