I noticed that too! I even thought I'd do the high end of my available calories yesterday to throw my body off (I want it to keep guessing throughout this). Even after picking at some things that had my husband finally asking me "why are you eating so much?" I looked at my total calories after tracking them all and it was still in the normal range that I use to try to keep it in. I was a little shocked that even trying to eat more for one day backfired but extremely happy that I can maintain the calorie range I like without much trying.
No More Excuses!

Just curious if anyone else suddenly didn't like some foods anymore after taking metformin for a bit? About a week or two ago I ate a blue berry nutri grain bar without any issues or anything. Then today I take a bite and I really don't like the taste. I mean it doesn't taste like it's gone bad (not expired) and it does taste like blue berries but I don't like it. Just strange so I thought I'd ask. Still learning what may be causes of the meds, PCOS, or just me. Gets confusing at times.
