It could be. I know the metformin changes my eating habits and I feel fuller quicker, but I currently only take 500mg once per day and I take in the morning with my breakfast. Usually by dinner though I do notice I eat more. Maybe ask a nurse at your doctor office or your pharmacist, they might be able to answer that more accurately for you.

So I wasn't sure if this was just me or my PCOS or perhaps that I'm only on one 850mg pill of metformin a day (until this weekend then up to 2). Throughout the day I'm fine having small meals and small snacks while downing at least 4 to sometimes 6 glasses of water.

By about 6pm I want a huge meal to give me that full feeling. However, during the day I feel full with less and the few times I've had an extra 80 calories or more at lunch I felt like it was a huge mistake (like overeating). I'm curious if it is just how I am personally and my body just likes little meals all day until dinner or if by chance the metformin has simply worn off by about 6pm and my issue of not feeling full as easily is back (supposedly PCOS may make it hard to feel full).

Just curious if I'm reaching, it's just how I am, or if anyone else with PCOS can vouch that this is just part of PCOS that I am still trying to manage.

No More Excuses!
